Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MoVO CRM (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

“MoVO”, “we”, “us” refers to MoVO Media Marketing, LLC, a company based in Spokane Valley, Washington, USA.

MoVO CRM is a white-label business operations platform: contacts, deals, inbox, calendar, e-signatures, social scheduling, automations, and reports — under one account. Specific features vary by plan (see our pricing page).

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
• You may not share your account with anyone outside your organization (buy more seats instead).
• You must give us accurate information at signup and keep it current.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, scams, or messages that violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA).
• Upload malware, run automated attacks, or attempt to breach account isolation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service beyond what our public APIs allow.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without an Agency plan.
• Store special-category personal data (health, biometric, etc.) without a written amendment.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination and reporting to authorities.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. If you don't convert to a paid plan by the end of the trial, your workspace is paused for 30 days (data preserved) and then permanently deleted.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• Prices are in USD and exclude taxes; taxes are added at checkout where required.
• You may cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.
• Failed payments retry over 14 days; after that we downgrade or suspend the account.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email.

Your contacts, deals, messages, notes, and files are yours. We store them for you but never sell or share them beyond the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy. You can export everything from Settings → Data at any time.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.

The Service — including software, design, branding, and documentation — belongs to MoVO. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active. Nothing here transfers ownership of the Service to you.

The Service integrates with third parties (Stripe, GoHighLevel, Google/Microsoft/Zoom, Cloud Campaign, etc.). Their terms apply when you use those integrations, and we're not responsible for their availability or their handling of your data outside our platform.

• We target 99.9% uptime measured across a rolling 12-month window.
• Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.
• Standard support: email response within 2 business days. Growth plan gets priority support; Agency includes an SLA-backed response.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoVO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify MoVO against claims arising from your use of the Service in a way that violates these Terms, applicable law, or a third party's rights.

• You can cancel any time from your account settings.
• We can suspend or terminate your account for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
• On termination we retain your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it permanently.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington.

When we make material changes, we'll email account admins and post a notice at the top of this page at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
